SKATEROBICS® has turned roller-skating into a fun and surprisingly easy learning experience.  Our classes are available to beginner, intermediate, and advanced skaters.  We cover the basic fundamentals and teach you how to roller skate professionally. Our roller dance classes teach choreography and funky dance moves.

* Skates rentals are available for most class locations.

*Must be 18 and older to participate, unless labeled "youth".

SATURDAYS

QUEENS VILLAGE, NY

(Regency Hall)

10:00 AM - 11:30 AM (BEGINNERS)

This is a class for the beginner-beginner. 

The participants in this class have never skated or want to come back and learn the basics from the very beginning. This class focuses on learning to rollerskate which involves stroking, placement, and timing. It also teaches through exercises and drills, control, coordination, and balance. You will learn how to roll forward, different stops, along with different skating techniques to become a proficient skater. This class will help everyone who is looking to start rollerskating for 18 years and older. Protective gear is required.

12:00 PM - 1:30 PM (INTERMEDIATE)

This class is for the beginner and intermediate skater. This class teaches skate movements, example pivots, roll turns, and other moves to get you on your way to be a proficient rollerskater. Included in this class is also dance skate movements with the emphasis on routines and group choreography. This class has 3 levels. Protective gear is required.

SUNDAYS

BROOKLYN, NY

THIS CLASS WILL TAKE A

BREAK THIS JULY AND AUGUST

12:00 PM - 1:30 PM (BEGINNERS)

This class is for the beginner beginner -whether you have never skated or coming back after a long hiatus. This class focuses on balance and control with an emphasis on understanding the names and meanings of skate moves. You will learn how to roll forward, different stops, along with different skating techniques to become aa proficient skater. If you are afraid to learn to skate, this class is for you because our experienced instructors will guide u every step of the way. Protective gear is required.

2:00 PM - 3:30 PM (INTERMEDIATE)

This class if for intermediate beginner all the way to advanced. The intermediate beginner learns variations of
new skate moves and the advanced learns combinations, transitions and flow.- how to put their moves together
individually to create their own artistic
expression.
Protective gear is required.

MONDAYS

SEAFORD LI, NY

"Ready For The Rink"

7:00 PM - 8:00 PM (ALL LEVELS)

8:30 PM - OPEN SKATE SESSION

*Walk ins are welcome. *Pay at the door.

This class is for beginner all the way to advanced and will prepare you to skate amongst large crowds. For 18 years old and above. Protective gear required.

TUESDAYS

HEMPSTEAD LONG ISLAND

"Let It Flow"  7 PM to 8 PM

This is a small class of intermediate skaters who already know how to skate, knows skate verbiage. This class focuses on technique with a step by step breakdown of difficult moves. The results of this class will allow u to flow freely to be able to create your own artistic and personal expression. This class is for those who skate at least twice a week and
understand the basic movements. Heavy emphasis on creating combinations.

We are proud to announce that the Legendary, Tanya Dean, and her team will be teaching Skate Lessons for Children and will be hosting Skaterobics for Adults at Brooklyn Bridge Skating!

Skaterobics® delivers world-class, high-energy, and fun-filled roller skating experiences for people. Students learn the roller skating basic fundamentals for beginner beginners all the way to advanced-level skating.

$20 Admission includes Skate Rental & Wrist Guards
